All data necessary to actually perform a name operation.

This is returned by the validation function, and can then be passed to the execution function if a runtime wants to do its own logic in addition.

A reference to an Operation struct is also passed to the Trait functions that need to determine e.g. the name fee for the operation.

Type of this operation.

name: T::Name

The name being operated on.

value: T::Value

The value that is being associated to the name.
